We all have Upsetting Beliefs. Those are viewpoints like "I cannot do this", "I am just not good enough" or "Nobody loves me".

So that to notice any improvement in your life you will have to deal with your Limiting Beliefs. If not they will get you stuck.
There are many ways which I have used individually to handle Limiting Beliefs and Self Sabotage. All these methods work!
But they do not work same well for everybody. For illustration: I individually am not extremely good at visualizations. Hence techniques that use a lot of visualizations are complicated for me to use.
